First Semester
August 14, 2016 – Arrival of Returning Students
August 15, 2016 – Arrival of Fresh Students/Orientation Programme/Normal Course Registration for All Students commences
August 15, 2016 – Uploading of Allocated First Semester Courses on University Portal by all Lecturers commences
August 22, 2016 – Lectures commence for the First Semester
August 26, 2016 – End of Uploading of Courses by Lecturers
August 29, 2016 – Late Registration for Returning Students commences
September 8, 2016 8th Convocation Ceremony
September 11, 2016 – End of Course Registration for Returning Students
September 23, 2016 – Application for Addition of Courses closes
October 18, 2016 – Course Registration Closes for Fresh Students
October 20, 2016 – 12th Matriculation Ceremony
October 21, 2016 – Application for Deletion of Courses closes
November 4, 2016 – End of Lectures for the First Semester
November 7-11, 2016 – Revision
November 14- 25, 2016 - First Semester Examinations for all Students
Nov. 28- Dec. 16, 2016 – Processing of Examination Results
December 19, 2016 – Christmas/End of Year Break
