Breaking News: LAUTECH graduate 105 first class out of 10,317 Student's
The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Oyo
State, is set to graduate 10,317 students in the first degree category and
14,349 individuals in postgraduates degrees at its 13th Convocation
Ceremony which comes up on Friday April 23rd, 2016.
This was disclosed by the Vice-Chancellor of the institution, Prof Adeniyi
Gbadegesin while addressing news during a press conference.
It was learnt that among the first degree graduands, 105 will be conferred
with First Class honours. 2,434 will graduate in the second class upper
division, 5,527 students in Second class Lower Division, 1,692 in the Third
Class Division, 122 in the Third Class Division and 437 in the unclassified
category.
Ige Olufemi Elijah of the Department of Mathematics and Sanni Saidat
Abidemi of the department of Statistics emerged best graduating
students for 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 with CGPA of 4.85 and 4.88
respectively.
