A source has disclosed that Vice chancellors of federal, state and
private universities that were present at the recently concluded meeting
convened by JAMB to determine the admission screening model may have no
other choice but to submit to the FG's directive that post-UTME be
scrapped.
It was learnt that the vice chancellors attended the meeting with their
minds prepared to defend their stand on Post-UTME but were told that the
FG's directive on the issue is final.
The source noted that the Vice Chancellors were categorically told to
cancel any other form of screening they have announced and refund the
money paid to the candidates.
Do you think this is a great news for students?
