The west African Examination Council (WAEC) has described the conduct of 2016 May/JUNE SSCE as successful.
According to the Public Affairs Officer of the Council,Mr Damianus Ojijeogu, no negative report has been recorded in the various centres since the examination started even in those states with security challenges.
He however mentioned that the only challenge they had was a fallout of the fuel scarcity as they found it hard to move staff and materials at some point.
He further mentioned that the marking of the scripts will commence on June to ensure that the results are released on time.
Meanwhile, the examination is expected to end May 13th, 2016.
